Guinevere Clark’s Baubo Belly Dancing firm has seen off fierce competition to become a contender to win the Barclay Trading Places £14,000 first place prize at an award ceremony in September. This new business award was set up in March to recognize people who have overcome various barriers and battled against adversity to positively change their lives by setting up a business. Barclays’ Marketing Director for Local Business, John Davis, said, “The quality of this years entries was extremely impressive and we hope that national recognition of Baubo Belly Dancing will help it go from strength to strength.”
